STENGUARD YOU DON'T NEED COMPLICATED AND EXPENSIVE RESOURCE EXHAUSTING MONITORING APPLICATIONS NOW. Stenguard is a fast network monitoring system working in client-server architecture. It grabs network packets basing on dictionaries. When a packet with a word specified in a dictionary reaches the local network it will be save to log. There is a possibility to assign penalty points for each word. Report can be sent by e-mail if the penalty points reach specified value. Application offers also HTML-scan functionality - it means that data is interpreted on web browser level (this is the text you see in a web browser) so contents usually invisible for most other sniffers will be analyzed too Sniffer module resides on server side. Connection to server is possible by using StenGuard client. Application is easy to use and can be used for network monitoring (FTP, WWW, emails, various internet communicators) in companies, Internet cafes ,by parents to avoid children's unwanted contacts on the Internet, to help detect spyware software etc. It brings also a powerful real-time network monitor watching many network hosts properties such as logged on users, services, event logs, time, sessions, shares etc What are advantages over the other similar applications? · Client-server architecture: You can monitor network remotely from other computers.
